Gift Cards Terms and Conditions
Niche Scents Gift Card Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Niche Scents Gift Cards purchased through the Niche Scents online store. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Validity Period
Niche Scents Gift Cards are valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. The expiry date will be provided in the Gift Card email and/or associated records.
Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will not be available for redemption.
3. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed exclusively at the Niche Scents online store.
Gift Cards may be used toward the purchase of any available products unless otherwise specified.
If the total value of an order exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using an alternative payment method accepted by Niche Scents.
If the order value is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will remain available for future purchases until the Gift Card expires.
4. No Fees
No activation fees, account keeping fees, balance enquiry fees, or other post-purchase fees apply to Niche Scents Gift Cards.
5. Non-Refundable and Not Redeemable for Cash
Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or refunded for cash, except where required by applicable law.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Unauthorised Use
Treat your Gift Card code as cash. Niche Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards.
Where proof of purchase can be provided, Niche Scents may, at its sole discretion, assist with the reissue of an unused Gift Card.
7. Returns and Refunds
Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to the Niche Scents Returns Policy.
Where a refund is approved for a purchase made using a Gift Card, the refund will generally be returned to a Gift Card or store credit equivalent to the amount originally paid using the Gift Card.
8. Fraud
Niche Scents reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or suspend a Gift Card where fraud, misuse, unlawful activity, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Niche Scents is not liable for any loss arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card, including loss resulting from unauthorised use.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. Changes to Terms
Niche Scents may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to Gift Cards issued after the revised Terms & Conditions are published on our website.
